We need to generate a list of a project based on Severity and Root Cause Category (“Critical (Safety)” and “Design”), but this is not currently allowed.Is there a way we can do that?

According to the official documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/find-the-information-you-need-with-filters/ the filters are view specific and you can't add more.
