I have created a field called Closed Reason but i can see that field in the Incident Request form

Hi,

I have created a field called Closed Reason but i can see that field in the Incident Request form.

But i don't want to put that filed in the Incident Request form.

Please help me out on the same.

Actually that field is mandatory and which i used in the workflow transition

Please help me out on the same

final goal is i don't want to see Closed Reason in the Portal view which is mentioned in the below screenshot.

Please find the attached screenshots

1.Closed Reason Screen1------Has only one field associated which is Closed Reason

2. Closed Reason Remove Screen----Has no field is there in this Screen

Still i am able to see the Closed Reason field while i am creating the Incident in the customer portal view.
