Creating new Workflows for Company Managed Projects

Hi Team,

I have created a new Company managed project in Jira Cloud. I wanted to create a new workflow which contains new status for the EPIC & Story and this new workflow should be applicable to only newly created project and not others project.

My question is, will this newly created workflows will be  affecting other projects or only to my project. Any better solution in this. Please suggest.

If you wish any workflow changes to be limited to your new project, as well as creating a new workflow, you will need to create a new workflow scheme and associate that with your project. 

You can create a copy of your current workflow scheme to start from. Go to admin/Issues/Workflow scheme and click Copy for the current scheme used by your project
