Our JIRA instance is about to expire.

How can we get this extended ?

Aha, that is an Announcement set by the Jira Administrator.

* If your license is about to expire you need to renew your license before the expiry date
* If the current version is end-of-life, you need to upgrade to a supported version, preferably the most recent bugfix version of the latest LTS version.
