Reporting for JSD tickets

Is there an application or another way to pull reports or get counts for things like this:

• Number of tickets in each queue (status)
• Number of tickets entered and closed each week
• Created date of each ticket

Without having to use the 'Search' functionality and create queries.  This way an admin can just come in and get this info.  The only other option I could think of is creating these JQueies and bookmarking them for people.  Let me know if there is anything out there that would help with this.  Thanks

@Anthony Marshall You can always use the search filter you are creating, save it and add it to a dashboard.  Then the admin just has to look at the dashboard to get the information they are interested in.  You can learn more about filters and dashboards in the links below.

  • The saved search needs to be shared in order for others to see it.  I usually share it with project users.

  • You will also need to share the dashboard for other users to see it.  I usually share this with all project users.
