Can not log in to jira software because this error and try to another browser and got same error. But my friend can log in smoothly.

Recheck your credentials. The right creds are the Atlassian ID credentials and/or if you are using an AD, the ones that your company has provided for you
Send an email to your Jira admin to check if you have site and product access and to verify your password (in case of an AD)

@Keerati actually do the 2nd option. If it weren't the right credentials, you most likely be stuck on the login screen.
