I want to give access to a user to manage Company Managed project types, how do I do that?

Hi @Peter Takacs 

Welcome to the community.

From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > People > Select Add people · Search for the user you are trying to, assign them a role > click Add

Since you want that person to manage that particular company-managed project, you can assign them the (project) administrator role. 

Side Notes:

• You must be a project administrator to do this.
• Project Administrators are different than Jira Administrators. I say this because, if you want the user to have the ability to do things like configuring/editing schemes for Company Managed projects, then they would need Jira Admin privileges.
