Cloud to cloud migration

We are performing cloud-to-cloud migration. We found that the only way to do this is to create a backup of the source cloud site and download it. And thereby importing the downloaded zip file into the destination cloud site.

Is there any other option to do cloud-to-cloud migration, since our zip file is huge about 30GB?

I believe this is for Jira. We are performing Confluence Migration from one cloud site to another.

I would like to know if there are any option to migrate from one cloud site to another for confluence.
