Missing tabs under Activity section

The ability to see the All, Work Log, History, and Activity tabs under the Activity section has disappeared. When selecting any of these tabs 'find_link' appears and the Share, Export, and Tools options, but nothing else. Can you provide some insight on why this is happening and what I can do to resolve this?

Same problem - been happening for the past couple of weeks..cannot be sure but seems IE9 related.
