Automation throttled (over 1000 issues)

Hi, 

I have created a "clean-up" automation that will run each week to remove attachments from old issues. Unfortunately this is long overdue so it is matching several thousand issues and stops when it hits 1000 issues.

My query is whether it is safe to just let this run every week until it eventually catches up, or if allowing it to get throttled for a few weeks is going to cause problems?

Hi @Andy Beard 

You are hitting the Automation service limits.

If you know the issues you want to run the rule against and it can be found using a JQL, you can change the trigger to a scheduled trigger temporarily and then there's a button on the top right to run the rule manually.
