Hi,

Is it possible to only retrieve the data when clicking on a button or another way on request and not when creating/opening a ticket?

Some of our data is big and takes a long time to load which slows down opening of tickets until the data from elements is fully loaded.

To give you an accurate answer to your question, would you please share your Connect dump file configuration in a support ticket through our portal?

That will allow us to check the feasibility of any solution based on your field configuration, also, we can check why the field is taking time to be loaded and if that can be improved.
