Versions and Version Report not available for my Scrum Board

Hello everyone, I manage a Jira project with a scrum board, and there is supposed to be "Versions" where I can drag issues into, and there should be a "Version Report" when selecting the Reports sidebar. 

Does anyone know why or experience the same issue? How can I access Versions?

If you are using Team-managed projects, unfortunately you can not use version report.
