Can't see list of all projects when creating a Kanban Board

Hello,

I am trying to create a Kanban board; however, I don’t understand why JIRA won’t allow me to connect it to the Spend Management project. It only shows CPI and Dashboard Metrics & Reporting Kanban projects as opposed to all of them?

How can I create a new Kanban board and link it to the Spend Management project?

What type of projects are the ones that do not show up?

Are they Team Managed projects or Company Managed projects? If so, be advised that Team Managed project will not show in that list. To create a new board for Team Managed projects you have to create a Saved Filter for the Team Managed project, and then create a board from the Saved Filter.
