Why is the start date and end date automatically rearranged in the tasks. Are these fields possible later?

@John Funk When I create a task. I don't write the start and due date fields, but after that, these fields are created in the task.
What is your exact scenario that you are doing? What type of project is it? Where are you creating the task?
I am creating a task in a company managed project, the project has two scrum boards and a kanban. I create a task using the "create" button on the top panel, while I am in the project.
