Assign Multiple Epics in a single issue

As per the screen shot if I want to have multiple epic in a single issue

for e.g: this issue is listed under epic name "ERP" I also want "Employee" as an epic also to be assigned with the same issue just like ERP which is visible as a tag so how can I do that

You cannot do that.

An issue can have only one parent Epic that is recognized by Jira as the parent Epic.

You can use the generic Link Issue function to link an issue to multiple Epics, but Jira will not recognize those additional Epics as "parents" of the issue.

What problem are you trying to solve by having multiple parent Epics?

I want same tag like ERP which is visible in the screenshot.

as the current tag ERP is shown due to adding epic to the issue hence was asking whether if I can add multiple epic so that it will be visible in a particular issue in the backlog.

No, you cannot.

Also, it appears you are viewing a Team Managed project. With such projects it is not currently possible to add other fields to display on the cards.
