Help w/creating Meet our team page

Hello,

I'm trying to create a similar page within our Company Wiki space in Confluence. Can you please advise how I can go about doing this? I'm attaching a recording with sound.

I want to upload a recording to explain what I need but it's not letting me.

Can you upload screenshots if the recording will not go? Perhaps us Loom and post the URL here so the community can view and comment?

I would prefer uploading the video, but how do I do that?

What is the size of the file you are trying to upload, and what file extension is it?

It's a mp4 file. 0.53 second video.
