Can you provide more information?
How is the issue being created? Is the user creating the issue through the UI?
Can you provide screen images?
What type of project are you working with?
- Company Managed or Team Managed? This will be shown at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left?
- Software, Service, or Business? This will be shown at the top of the navigation pane, below the project name.
It is ruled by people. When the mail is sent, the subject is opened, but it is the manager who reports, is not a mail sender.
It is managed by the company. I want the reporter to when the registered user sends an e-mail
