How can I remove Critical priority from change request type only?

Hi everyone!

I want to remove the "critical" priority and leave only "low, medium and high" for the "change" issue type only. On the other hand, I want the "incident" issue type to have the "critical, high, medium and low" priorities. These are under the same project.

How can I do this?

Hi @Yura Hayrapetyan,

You can't in Jira cloud. The priorities are shared across your entire Jira instance. There is a feature request for the implementation of priority schemes, which would allow you to configure different priorities for different projects. You can track that request here: JSWCLOUD-21455.
