I have seen this done by someone out there and I wanted to learn how to do the same:
How can I create a distribution action after each meeting that sends the meeting notes to all participants mentioned.

@Houssein Barkallah If you do @mentions on the meeting notes when you save the page the individuals on the page will be notified. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/mention-a-person-or-team/
You can also use the Share option on the top right of the page to send the page to people by adding a name, group, or team.
