KB Articles not available to external user on Service Desk even after updating permissions

Please, I am trying to make two articles available to external users (not confluence users) on my Jira Service Desk Portal, but when they try to access it an error is displayed.

Articles are published and Featured

Permissions are set properly

I can access them

This is how it looks to external users
