Condition on Extended Schemes for Jira

plugin --  "Extended Schemes for Jira"

Can we write conditions in this plugin,  

Example --     If status is in In progress   and  "issue link" is  "Blocked by"

Then the link should "Enable"

 

Enabling the link should be based on conditions ,
