I am trying to create a "Restrict to when a field is a specific value" rule that prevents issues from moving forward unless the value in one of the dropdown fields equals a couple of values.
- Create dropdown "Test Status" field with these values:
- Not Set (default)
- Test Failed
- Test Complete
- Test Not Necessary
- Create rule of type "Restrict transition" to restrict issues from moving ahead unless the dropdown status is either "Test Complete" or "Test Not Necessary".
My issue:
You can only choose ONE value in the dropdown list when creating the rule. There is no way to select more than one. If you use a workaround of creating TWO rules, the rules do not work properly because it evaluates as an AND, not an OR. There is no way for a dropdown to have more than one value so this rule will never evaluate to True.
Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
