I need to change my site admin status to Org admin

Hi team,

I'm surendaran I used to work on by teammate email ID until i complete KT, after completion of KT still i'm not able to logoff from my former employee mail id in atlassian and I'm trying to revoke his access from org & admin so that i can be a org& admin but jira is not allowing me to do that.

Kindly revoke muralidharan org&site admin and make surendaran as a Org&site amdin

I believe you or whoever is listed as the billing contact are going to have to submit a support request at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Muralidharan Jayakumar welcome to the Atlassian community.

I'm sure you might have already explored the Jira admin UI and the options to edit the permissions. May I request you to check this document give users admin permissions.
