Good day to all! Honestly, I tried to find information about it myself, but I failed, so I ask for help. We need to put Pixel on our Market Place page to track the audience that is downloading our plugins. Is it possible to do this? Thank you for the answers!!

I see that you offer to use UTM tags, but they do not collect full information about users who downloaded our plugin. And I need that kind of information to target that audience. So please answer please if you can put Pixel Facebook on the Marketplace page? Thank you for your attention!

That is correct, it's because there is no pixel implementation.

Atlassian Marketplace has chosen not to do customer information gathering that way, and my understanding is that they have no plans to use it in the future.
