how to create a dashboard which shows all the Jira's(TS) which I have created.

welcome to the Atlassian community!
You need to create a filter with JQL : creator = YOUR_USERNAME_HERE (otherwise you can make this jql general based on current user - creator = currentUser() ), then create a dashboard and add gadteg filter result in which you need to select your new filter.

I am not getting option to create a filter.
All users usually have permissions to create filters , although that is not the same as permissions to see issues.
On your page look for menu Filters, option Advanced Issue Search. Do you see that?
@Shiv M See my post above. Are you able to navigate to the Advanced Issue Search?
Which Jira apps as you using? Core? Software? Service Management?
Can you share a screen shot of your main page?
