After a restart on the confluence server on cloud user cannot login and after checking the ldap configuration and test the connection this error appear
Connection test failed. Response from the server:
ldap.hostname:389; nested exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: ldap.hostname:389 [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)]
