How to sync dropdown form questions to airtable

Richard Harman

I've setup a form that I would like to sync to Airtable.

I've setup Custom Jira Linked fields associated with the project screens and associated these Jira Linked fields with form fields.

The Jira fields & Jira Linked fields that are setup for text syncs fine with Airtable but the dropdown fields don't sync even if setup as custom Jira linked fields "Select List (single choice)"

Not sure what I'm missing

Hi @rich

Have you contacted Airtable support?

I noticed on their set up pages they mention a couple of best practices to follow:

• Configure all Multi-Select, Single Select and Collaborators within Airtable prior to import
• Update choices to any Multi-Select or Single Select Field in the table prior to making changes in Jira Cloud
