Is there a way to automatically have the labels from the stories assigned to its sub-tasks when creating them?

You can write an automation rule to Copy the label value to underneath sub-task value when subtask is created.
FYI attached screenshot of Automation Rule and even you can run this rule just for story instead for all parent issue.

This can be done using Automation
Go to project settings --> Automation --> Create RuleNew trigger == Issue createdNew Condition == JQL Condition, enter JQL Type = Sub-TaskNew Action == Edit Issue , Select Labels fields from the dropdown and again select Copy from Parent--> Save and Publish.

Is it also possible to have this automation rule trigger only when a certain Label is assigned tot the stories? Because it is now affecting all my project and it's only making it more confusing...
