Where can I find the Atlassian Systems Security Certification related to backup and restoration of our data ? Compliance and Risk Management of the Projects and Data that we created in Atlassian - Service Management?
Hey @AM_Support
A lot of that information can be found here: https://www.atlassian.com/trust
Keep in mind that Atlassian does not provide instance specific backups but makes backup of their entire system to ensure general integrity.
All actions done by a humon on your system which might result in data loss are your own responsibility. You can take manual or scripted backups of your system as needed.
