What report could help me know when I receive a high amount of tickets

I am wondering if Jira has any report that could help me know what time of the year it's getting really busy and maybe even the times it gets busier.

Hi @Jaqueline Daza - I'm a big fan of the created vs resolved chart.  Not only will it show you creation, but how you and/or your team are doing resolving them.  It's a powerful visual that I typically share with executives to illustrate team bandwidth over time.
