Report showing Issue's Path to Completion

Question

I am looking for a way to create a report that will show the path a story or bug took to get to the status of Done.  IE, trying to see how many issues made it to QA and were sent back to development within a sprint

There is a JQL operator called CHANGED that you could use to filter for issues that were changed from Status X to Status Y. You can even apply date conditions to the change date. Refer to
