Hi Guys,
Current we all know Jira software has 3 levels of Hierarchy, Epic, task/story/subtask.
Is there a way i can make it 4 or do you guys know of a third party application i can use to achieve this.

Hi @Ismail Sanni since you're on Jira Premium, you can absolutely extend the hierarchy beyond the Epic leveraging Advanced Roadmaps.
You'd need to create or establish an existing issue type as the next tier above the Epic. Then go here to set the hierarchy:

With your Cloud Premium subscription, you can create more layers above Epic.
There are other apps that can create layers above as well, but give AR a go first. If you want to have other layers though (Epic/Issue/Sub-task doesn't suit you), take a look at the Structure app.
