I wanna make a custom field dependent on specific answer of a another custom field with list (single choice option). Is that possible?
Hi Cesar,
You can use a Cascading Field custom field type that might give you want you want. The first field has a dropdown with values. Then depending on which one you select, the next field has a specific list of values available for the value chosen in the first field.
Hi @Cesar Bastos if a Cascading field doesn't work for what you want to do, you'll have to look into a plugin to expand the out of the box field capabilities.

After reading your post, I think you may find one of our apps interesting. Recently, we published Dynamic Forms for Jira Cloud which allows you to display fields based on previous selections.
At this stage, the app only supports the following types of fields due to API limitations:
However, we're still eager to expand the capabilities to support select lists and other custom fields as well. We encourage you to watch the app on the Marketplace in order not to miss any new features. Hopefully, you will find it beneficial in the future!
Cheers,Aleksandra
I was looking for something to do this in a already existing field. I have 2 fields and i want to do like: if 'field xxx' contais 'abc' then make 'field yyy' required
No, you can't do that in Jira Cloud out of the box. The closest you will come is with the Behaviours app by Adaptavist/ScriptRunner.
