Atlassian is not for me! I would like to delete this two-hour account

José Relland

Hi,

I have just created two hours ago an account here.

But it is too complicated for me.

Even to delete the account!

I have been asked to delete

```
Vous ne pouvez pas supprimer votre compte
Votre compte ne peut pas être supprimé, car :
• Ce compte est associé à des comptes actifs configurés sur RENOUVELLEMENT AUTOMATIQUE.
• Ce compte est le contact de facturation principal pour un ou plusieurs produits.
• Ce compte est un contact technique pour un ou plusieurs produits.
• Pour poursuivre la suppression de ce compte, son propriétaire doit consulter la page my.atlassian.com et nommer un autre utilisateur comme contact de facturation et technique.
• Read our support documentation for more help and instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/pTgoPQ
```

I have never created this account and I do not know where to find them.

Thank you to delete my account/

jre from jreservices.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That's fine, but you must have created an account for you to be able to post here, and you must have created an account to get named on subscriptions or licences!  Are you trying to delete this account, or another one?

Either way, you'll need to use the account to log into my.atlassian.com and see where you are named as the contacts, as it says in the error message.  You will be able to remove yourself from the systems, kill the subscription off, or hand them over to other people.

Once you have removed yourself from everything, you'll be able to delete your account at id.atlassian.com
