If you're looking for more customization of the columns available to customers on the requests list, and you're open to using a plugin, I encourage you to check out our My Requests Extension for JSM app.

It allows you to add, change and reorder the displayed columns on Requests list, but also sort requests by any column and use quick filters to navigate through the page.

Feel free to try it yourself!
