Hello, It seems some of our players are not seeing user lists when using user select components. Others are seeing them just fine. Would you happen to know what may be causing this or how to fix it ?

You mean user is not able to search the other user in user custom field
If that is the case then you need to see that person has Browse User & Group Permission In Jira Global Permission
