Where to find meaning of all status available for an issue type - "Bug" . I am looking for meaning of "Development" status in JIRA for a bug

Hello Ankush! By 'meaning', do you mean translation? 
If yes:

First of all, discover which statuses are associated to the bug in your project by going to project settings -> summary and finding the workflow scheme

Click the workflow associated to a bug issue type in your workflow scheme and take notes of the statuses associated to Bugs

Now, go to general settings (as a Jira admin) -> issues -> statuses. Click the 'translate' button on the top-right corner

Select the language you want to check the translation for, and you should see all special translations created for statuses. You can also create new ones.

The status values in Jira are configurable by administrators for your site.

Please talk to your project admin (or the site admin) and they may help you understand the setup and meaning of your status values.
