The accidently moved Tasks to Stories in a chunk of thousands of tickets. I have a CSV export and identified all of the tickets that need change....but now I find I cannot reupload the CSV to change the tickets... what do I do now? I feel like this should be a base functionality of the system......

Why can't you upload it? What problem are you having? And what kind of change are you trying to make?
Was a permissions issue, a user had modified the project permissions. Thanks for the reply though!
