How do I get "slack integration" app to show in Jira project?

We have Jira Cloud app installed in Slack and it works for one connected workspace. We have a second workspace which it's connected to as well, but with this one in Jira if I go under "Apps" I'm not seeing "Jira integration"... how does one install this?
