Hello I am configuring a forms for my organizations custormer portal and It is required that all forms have the organiztions color scheme and logo. Is there any way to add images to the created forms.

Welcome to the community. It seems that adding image against FORM is only available for Jira/JSM server env currently and it is still a new feature. It is not yet a feature for the cloud side yet.
I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to obtain further updates on this functionality.

In Data Center env, you will need to be an Admin to the project. Afterward, you will need to access the Form in question and apply your image.

The customers don't have Admin access, of course.

I found a solution for DataCenter Service Management by adding an HTML code block to show a picture from a third-party server. It might be useful for the Cloud version too.
