Is it possible to create a customer with permission to view existing issues only,
without allowing the creation of new ones, and to add comments?
Hi Nicola.Yes its possible.You can create a new project role, for example "View issues only" and then update the Project Permission "Browse Project" with that Project Role in the Default Permission Scheme.
