I used JIRA before but did not set up the projects, why does my story template not provide the user aspect questions?
That is probably because of an add-on, or because someone created custom fields for those. A Jira Site Admin can customize the configuration for each project, and this means that every Jira project or instance will look a bit different from each other unless they are completely out of the box.
