Can I make QA Column in the Sprint as mandatory?

Hi,

We have an 2 weeks Sprint, where the columns are 'To Do', 'In Progress', 'Design Review', 'Code Review', 'QA', 'Ready To Deploy' and 'Done'. Sometimes developers move the ticket from 'Code Review' to 'Ready To Deploy' without doing QA.

Can we modify the workflow so that all tickets should pass through QA. Incase 'NO QA' required, then the ticket can be labelled as 'QA Not required' so that only these tickets can be moved directly.

Yes.  Your columns are collections of status from your workflow (often only one status per column).

To prevent people skipping the QA column, remove the transitions in the workflow that allow them to skip it.

You've probably got a default workflow, where every transition shows as All -> Status.  Remove those, but add in new transitions that allow people to go to where they should.

Yes you can. Make sure your workflow has a transition from 'Code Review' to 'QA' and from 'QA' to "Ready To Deploy'.

Leave the current transition from 'Code Review' to 'Ready To Deploy' but add a condition to restrict this to a group or project role who still might be able to transition directly when an issue is labeled 'QA Not required'.
