Dashboard of prior weeks stats

I would like to have a dashboard that displays the prior weeks stats Monday-Sunday and then on each Monday it refreshes for the new prior week. I want to have a widget of created vs. resolved, satisfaction, created by priority and created by request type.

You can adjust your filter query that you used in your dashboard gadgets using the function call Example - "startOfWeek(-1)" which will find issues since start of last week.

I have a solution in mind but I am having a hard time trying to find the query JSM uses to get created and resolved information. I can adjust the the week information I am looking for using the method Joseph stated above but trying to find the query behind some of the series JSM publishes is proving to be difficult.
