Hi,

Can some will help me out with 2 level of approvals withe the workflow.

* Ticket Submitted
* Approver assigned by Jira based on System/Environment/Access Level requested
* Notification sent to Approver* Approver requests more information*       Notification is sent to Service Desk
*       Service Desk updates Ticket and re-submits

*       <back to #3>

* Approver Approves request*       Work Team Assigned by Jira based on System/Environment/Access Level requested
*       Notification sent to Assigned Work Team (continue to #4)

* Approver Rejects request*       Notification is sent to Service Desk
*       Service Desk updates Ticket, Closes Ticket and Notifies user of rejection.* FLOW ENDS

* Upon completion of work by Assigned Work Team, notification sent to Service Desk
* Service Desk closes ticket and (manually) notifies user

No, Here i need 3 scenarios which are:

1. No approval flow

2. 1 level of approval

3. 2 level of approval

Could you please help me out with how to act those things in 1 workflow.
