Cannot create story in backlog

Hello,

I cannot create story in backlog. I see only Epic, Bug and Task. Under Project settings/Issue types I see following: Story, Bug, Epic, Task, Sub-Task. Project type is company-managed software.

Please check the following

check your board filter query you might have only selected Epic , bug and task and subtask

I have only: project = Project ORDER BY Rank ASC

can you post the screen shot of drop down for issuetype that you see on your backlog
