How to set do not show other project from customer side

Hi team,

I've got several projects and different customers. I just want the "service deck customer" of project A cannot see other projects from the “help center”，they should only see their own project. How can I set it?

You need to set the project to Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins.  You will then need to add the customers to that project.
