Can we link our software with jira to track online bug creation?

We need the following points for our system, * We are working on live python Queries, So, while running scripts, if the system is stuck, that error should be captured & create a bug in JIRA itself. * On our software if any error comes while using Bug will be created at same time in JIRA. Is this possible.
