Having a Query in JSM how the email is triggered for "Approvers"

Question

Ex: If i select any user in the approvers field then email notification would be sent to the Approver.

How to configure the same in Jira service Request.

Kindly help me out with the steps to achieve the same.

This link describes how to add approval. You need to modify the related workflow where you need approvals.
