I am unable to view Reports option for my Sprint/Project

I would like to access my closed sprints

Please have a site admin/jira admin check this first.

Mine is a team-managed project and hence I can see it.

For company-managed-project, we can view this.

Is there any alternative where team-managed projects can also see Reports option?
